Finally, Josh O’Connor has denied the speculations that he will be the next James Bond.
The 35-year-old British actor acknowledged to Deadline that “I have no thoughts, really.”
“The truth is that I think in the space of a week, I made a joke about, wouldn’t it be funny if I played Bond?” Josh explained how the rumors started.
The actor went on, “After that, Daniel [Craig] and I did an Actors on Actors, and then something else happened, and then all of a sudden I was James Bond.”
As the Crown actor put it, “If I am Bond, I don’t know about it.”
