Punjab’s winter vacation will begin on December 20, according to Khalid Nazir Watto, the province’s secretary of schools.
In a statement, the school secretary added that the winter break would last through January 10, 2025.
The federal government has declared a public holiday in the twin cities; hence, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Rawalpindi has postponed the intermediate practical exams that were supposed to take place on Monday.
Tanveer Asghar Awan, Controller of Examinations, stated, “A new date for the practical exams will be announced later.”
He did, however, state that the date sheet would be followed for the practical tests in all other areas except Rawalpindi.
Today was the day for the intermediate physics, health, and physical education practical tests.
