As he says goodbye to football, legendary player Lionel Messi states that he does not want to be a coach.
Messi stated in an interview with Fabrizio Romano for 433: “I’m still unsure about my career goals, but I wouldn’t want to be a coach. I just think about playing, training, and having fun because I respect what I do on a daily basis far more now than I did before.”
It’s interesting to note that the megastar is also uncertain about whether or not he will compete in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“I have been asked a number of times, particularly in Argentina, and the fact is that I have no idea. I’m hoping for a successful season finale and a successful preseason, as I didn’t have either last year.
