Yes, And? by Ariana Grande is now topping the Billboard list. The song is ranked No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global Excl. US charts.
It will be available on March 8 as a part of the Grammy winner’s seventh album, Eternal Sunshine. The song did, however, also spark a good deal of debate.
The Thank U, Next singer’s response to those who criticized her relationship with Ethan Slater offended certain people on the internet.
Among them was Candace Owens, a conservative broadcaster. On her show, the commentator took aim at Ariana, stating, “Currently, it’s about the fact that she has released a song that essentially celebrates her home-wrecking capability.”
She observed, “She’s simply saying, ‘Yes, And?'” I don’t give a damn! Yes, I did indeed take your spouse and your children’s father, but for what?”
Candace went on, “We don’t want to imagine you having sex with Ethan Slater.” We wish to inform the broader audience that her actions are completely deplorable. Our only desire is to be able to recognize you for the garbage that you are.”
“Your business is yours and mine is mine, why do you care so much whose —- I ride?” Ariana sung in the song.
