Scott Swift, the father of US singer and songwriter Taylor Swift, has been accused of assaulting a photojournalist in Australia.
According to reports, Australian police are looking into claims Scott punched a photographer while the Lover singer and her entourage were disembarking a superyacht early Tuesday morning.
According to reports, professional photographer Ben McDonald, 51, accused Scott of slapping his face on a Sydney dock.
Meanwhile, a police spokeswoman told the AFP that “Police have been told a 71-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 51-year-old man at Neutral Bay Wharf about 2:30 am, before leaving the location.”

Taylor Swift’s spokesman, on the other hand, reacted to the complaint with their own, stating that there was pushing and hostility from nameless persons at the waterside.
“Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water.”
