PM Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expressed his gratitude for the International Court of Justice’s (ICJ) ruling on Friday regarding a petition against the genocide in Palestine.
The prime minister congratulated South Africa for submitting the petition and praised the bravery of the 13 judges who reached the ruling.
He promised to keep working for the rights of Palestinians and reaffirmed Pakistan’s support for them in a statement. He stated that Pakistan had offered its backing to the South African petition.
The prime minister demanded that the international community and the UN Security Council carry out the international court’s ruling to halt Israel’s operation in Gaza right away.
