The Pakistani Embassy in France took part in the two-day Fetes Consulaires 2024 in Lyon, June 15–16, together with representatives from over 40 other nations and cultural associations.
The event’s topic was culture and the arts.
The representatives of the embassy met with Lyon’s mayor, Gérard Doucet, and his colleagues at the Pakistan pavilion. In addition to receiving a handmade football, he savored the traditional Pakistani beverage Rooh Afza.
The varied collection of Pakistani artwork, music, food, and culture was well-received by the mayor. The mehndi kiosk, handicrafts, mouthwatering kebabs, and samosas at the Pakistani pavilion won over the hearts of all the guests.
