A late-night blast in Zeraki village, North Waziristan, demolished the intermediate school for girls.
The school building was destroyed by the explosion, which happened in the Mir Ali area early on Monday.
Police sources state that the explosion caused major structural damage to the girls’ school, which was the target of unidentified men employing bombs. Fortunately, since the school was unoccupied when the incident occurred, no casualties have been reported.
