Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has voiced her extreme displeasure with the party’s leadership in the wake of the Islamabad rally’s postponement.
Aleema Khan is heard questioning the decision-making process behind the postponement of the planned rally in a phone call that has been leaked.
She queries why Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, the party chairman, who was not even incarcerated, was not involved in making decisions regarding the Islamabad demonstration. Aleema Khan also asked who gave party chief Azam Swati the directive to write PTI founder Imran Khan to ask that the gathering be postponed.
“On whose request did Azam Swati go to meet the founder of PTI early in the morning?” Something sounded like Aleema Khan’s voice, asking questions.
