During an hours-long hearing on Wednesday about multiple motions to dismiss criminal tax evasion charges against the president’s son, prosecutors grilled Hunter Biden’s attorneys.

Despite the first son’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, arguing that the charges should be dropped because he thought they were motivated by politics, the son failed to appear in Los Angeles federal court on Wednesday.
