The 52-year-old recently made a surprise appearance in Deadpool and Wolverine, reprising her role as the martial arts-trained assassin Elektra Natchios.
On Instagram, she shared many videos of her lift experience along with the comment, “Baby’s first Comic Con: a short story.”
Although the exact timing of the video is unknown, Garner was present at the Deadpool and Wolverine panel at Comic-Con earlier this week.
Garner announced, “Hey guys, we’re stuck on this elevator,” at the two-minute mark. I could make use of Deadpool or Wolverine. I need someone to help me find the stairs.
She mentioned that she was getting “toasty” at minute eleven.
She started singing the kids’ counting verse, 99 Bottles of Beer, after sharing a video of herself spending 45 minutes stuck in the elevator.
By the time an hour had passed, she was softly reciting the Madonna song “Like a Prayer,” which appears on Deadpool and Wolverine’s soundtrack.
