Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House in Islamabad has been sealed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
Several blocks of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House have been sealed off as a result of building code violations, according to CDA sources. Assistant Commissioner Abdullah and Special Magistrate Sardar Muhammad Asif are assisting in managing the sealing procedure.
This comes after a rally on October 5th, during which hundreds of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members broke over police barricades and invaded Islamabad under the leadership of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Heavy rain caused fights to break out, leading to multiple arrests.
After skirmishes with police, the group—which numbered between 6,000 and 8,000—arrived at China Chowk on Jinnah Avenue. After making a quick appearance at China Chowk, Chief Minister Gandapur went to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.
