Authorities in Texas reported Tuesday that the missing 11-year-old Audrii Cunningham was discovered deceased in the Trinity River, and officials are investigating the cause of her death.
Polk County District Attorney Shelly Sitton told press on Tuesday that Don Steven McDougal is in custody and will face capital murder charges in connection with her killing.
McDougal resided in a trailer behind Audrii Cunningham’s home in Livingston.
