With the intention of integrating the youth of tribal areas into the mainstream, the Pakistan Army established an Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) cadre for youth from North Waziristan. The purpose of the cadre, which took place from July 1 to July 12, 2024, was to get 14 candidates ready for their military officer commission exams.
Preparing participants for the ISSB test and final interview was the main goal of the program. All ISSB assessment components were addressed in the training, which could help applicants in other competitive exams as well.
In an effort to commission 14 individuals into the army, they studied for the #ArmyOfficer Joining Tests from July 1–12, 2024.
This program is a component of the army’s attempts to help young people from tribal areas become more capable so they can enroll in national institutions.
