The Henley Passport Index 2024 places the Pakistani passport as the fourth worst in the world.
A nation’s passport is ranked by the Global Ranking Company based on how many of its holders are able to enter the country without a visa.
Pakistan’s passport is ranked 100th out of 199 passports and 227 travel locations in the most recent rankings. Yemen, a war-torn nation in the Middle East, is ranked fourth on the list of countries with the weakest passports, along with this country.
Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq are next on the rankings, coming in at positions 101, 102, and 103.
Nonetheless, Singapore is the strongest passport-holding nation, per the report.
After rising in the index, which was unveiled in January of this year, the US has suffered a setback.The US dropped back to eighth place in the most recent standings from seventh place in January.
In the meantime, the world index places Australia, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, and South Korea in joint third place, while France, Italy, Germany, Japan, and Spain are rated second.
