KARACHI: A key leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) lawyer wing has jumped ship to join Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), The News reported on Sunday.
Advocate Nadeem Shahzad Hashmi, Senior Vice-President of the PML-N Lawyers Forum, has joined the PTI after meeting with PTI Sindh President Haleem Adil Sheikh on Saturday.
Sheikh welcomed the lawyer to the party and commended the now-former PML-N leader’s choice to leave the Shehbaz Sharif-led party to join it.
