Yahya, an Afghan Taliban commander, was seen delivering an inciteful speech against Pakistan’s security services to a meeting of terrorists from the Hafiz Gul Bahadur militant group, a faction of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
In the released video, which security officials say was obtained from the Dangar Algad area of Afghanistan, terrorists are shown gathered around the commander, who discusses planning an attack on Pakistani security personnel at the Pak-Afghan border.

According to the plan, the commander is heard saying that there will be six rocket launchers and six aides, all of whom are ready to obey the commands of “Mujahideen Amirul Momineen Sheikh Ibadullah”.
In the footage, the terrorists were shown agreeing to fight Pakistan.
Meanwhile, the Taliban government in Afghanistan has not commented on the video.
The film is released at a time when relations between Kabul and Islamabad remain strained as a result of the Afghan Taliban’s interim government’s failure to take action against the use of their country’s soil against Pakistan.
