On March 24, during the third Twenty20 match in Nelson, Glenn, 24, struck her head on the ground while trying to make a catch.
After additional evaluation, she will now miss the remainder of the series after being earlier ruled out of the last two Twenty20 matches and the first two One-Day Internationals.
There are 15 players still available because no replacement has been called up.
