In the Supertwins, the Ballymoney rider put on a commanding performance, taking the lead and winning by 20.4 seconds.
Dunlop’s lead over the pursuing pack was 10 seconds after the first lap, courtesy of a lap of 121.044 mph. By the end of his second circuit, he was 12 seconds clear of Hickman, the closest competitor, and extended his lead even further with a lap of 122.434 on the final lap. With this victory, Dunlop now has four Supertwins wins under his belt.
