Pat Sajak is moving on from his famous role as the host of “Wheel of Fortune” with his reputation and ratings “intact.”
Almost a year after Sajak said he was departing the game show on June 12, 2023, his last episode aired on June 7. His next job is already booked.

Ultimately, being too closely associated with a single character or genre might restrict an actor’s ability to pursue other creative endeavors, which is why every media personality and actor fears being typecast. However, those residual checks and licensing payments are more than “worth it” when you reach Sajak’s level of celebrity. Sajak will always be the resurrecting champion, no matter what he does next.”
A part in the play “Prescription: Murder,” which runs from July 31, 2025, to August 10, 2025, will be Sajak’s next professional venture.
