The national strategy for nonviolent resistance protest has been formulated by Amir Jamaat-e-Islami, Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, during a conversation with media representatives in Mansoorah, Lahore.
He emphasized that the JI stands in solidarity with Pakistan’s 250 million citizens and that they favor freedom of speech.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman declared that the resistance movement will solely address public issues when he announced its launch. He also planned a June 28 protest outside the offices of energy distribution firms, where he would be calling on the government to hold talks.
He declared that the JI is against the “Azm Istehkam Pakistan” effort because it merely widens the chasm between the populace and the establishment.
“Pakistan has suffered significant losses in the war on terror since it began in 2001, including an economic loss of more than $200 billion. How long will this ‘blind war’ continue?” This is the most essential topic at hand, hence everyone needs to sit down together, according to Naeemur Rehman.
Naeem also recommended cooperation between China, Pakistan, and Afghanistan in order to create stability and regional peace.
In order to prevent their territory from being used for terrorist activities, he demanded serious talks with Afghanistan, emphasizing that the tribes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Balochistan had already endured enough suffering.
