Salman Akram Raja, the head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has declared that the party does not look to the political establishment for support.
He talked about recent events, including his meeting with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, on the Samaa TV program “Nadeem Malik Live.”
The PTI chief emphasized that Gandapur was not tortured or forced to attend the meeting, which was organized by a government agency and was conducted freely to talk about peace and harmony.
Raja called for the people responsible for the recent police action in the Parliament to be held accountable, denouncing it as an attack. Concerns regarding PTI’s ties to the establishment were also addressed by him, and he categorically refuted any efforts on the side of the party to win its support.
