In the forthcoming series, which is scheduled to take place next month, Pakistani Test captain Shan Masood is probably going to continue leading his country’s attack against England.
On Saturday, sources revealed that Masood’s position as the red-ball captain was unassumed. The final team for the England series will be chosen by the selectors and Pakistan’s red-ball coach, Jason Gillespie, next week. On Monday, Gillespie will arrive in Lahore.
England will touch down in Multan, Pakistan, on October 2, ahead of the much awaited Test series.
On October 7, the opening of the three Test series between the two sides will take place.
The Pakistan white-ball team is scheduled to arrive in Australia after the England series concludes, where the Green Shirts will square off.
