According to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Tuesday, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir emphasized that the Pakistan Army will persist in offering unwavering support and technical assistance to law enforcement agencies (LEAs), specifically Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) police, in order to improve their capacity.

According to the military’s media wing, the army chief mentioned these things while on a visit to Wana in the South Waziristan district. There, he was given a thorough briefing on the current state of security, continuing counterterrorism operations, and development projects.

“[The] COAS noted the outstanding morale and high degree of readiness to counter hostile threats during his interactions with officers and soldiers. He reiterated Pakistan Army’s steadfast determination to foil hostile forces’ and their enablers’ evil schemes.
