Georgieva expressed her congratulations in a statement to Pakistan’s government and people for the smooth execution of the $7 billion IMF loan program. Her compliments went to the Pakistani government for trying to tax the rich and support the most vulnerable citizens of the nation.
During her speech, she underlined Pakistan’s notable improvements, decreasing inflation, and economic growth.
