According to corporate filings, the 47-year-old celebrity owns a property company named JFDI Productions, which rents out many homes and is valued at over £4 million.
With the Big Issue, one of the tenants shared pictures of a bungalow he rents in Leicester that has mold growing on the walls and ceilings throughout.

Talking to the street daily, the guy, who desired to be nameless, claimed that after two years of dealing with mold and humidity in the property, he felt “bitter and alienated”.

He claimed that when conducting an annual check with the management, he and his roommate discovered a wet issue.

The two, who were both important employees under COVID, claimed to pay £775 a month for the home.

They claim they have complained to the management company about the problem on several occasions since it occurred, but nothing has been done to address the dampness in the house’s rooms.
