SEOUL: North Korean state media KCNA reported Thursday that Kim Jong Un has promised full support for Russia’s military endeavor, calling it a “fraternal duty.”
The North Korean leader made the pledge during a meeting with President Vladimir Putin in Beijing, where they both joined Chinese President Xi Jinping for a stately military demonstration.
