Lainey Wilson recently said that she and her “frugal” fiancé don’t meddle with one another’s money matters.
The singer of Heart Like a Truck acknowledged Devlin “Duck.” She knows he can’t control her spending, so she doesn’t try to talk Hodges out of completing his favorite “splurge” on high-end hunting gear.
“I’ll tell ya this about Duck, he’s pretty frugal save for good hunting stuff, like getting ready for duck season and having all the appropriate gear and whatever, that’s his thing he likes to splurge on,” she said to Taste of Country Nights.
Lainey went on, “I’m not gonna tell him what to do, because he’s gonna tell me what kind of guitar I can buy, ya know?”
