ISLAMABAD: In connection with the audio leak case, a district and sessions court on Monday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Extra Sessions and Districts The warrants were issued by Judge Nasr Minallah Baloch, who also directed the authorities to detain the KP CEO and bring him before the court.
During the hearing, the other suspect in the case showed up in court.
The judge postponed the hearing until November 5 after issuing a warrant for Gandapur.
