Hollywood icon Michelle Pfeiffer has revealed that she can’t resist going overboard with holiday preparations. In a recent interview with PEOPLE magazine, the 67-year-old actress admitted she “really overdoes it” every Christmas, despite promising herself she won’t.
From decorating to preparing festive meals, Pfeiffer says she goes all in, making the holidays a fully immersive experience. “I overdo it. I really, I admit, I really overdo it. I have to,” she confessed, sharing her love for the season.
Fans will soon see her holiday enthusiasm on the big screen in Michael Showalter’s upcoming Christmas comedy, Oh. What. Fun. Pfeiffer stars as Claire Clauster, a festive suburban mom who goes all out decorating her home and planning the perfect holiday for her family, including her on-screen husband Nick (Denis Leary) and their three children.
The film is set to hit theaters on December 3, 2025, and promises a heartwarming dose of holiday cheer.
