RAWALPINDI: According to the navy’s Director General Public Relations (DGPR), the Pakistan Navy successfully tested a ship-launched ballistic missile that was produced in the country on Monday.
A press statement claims that the 350-kilometer-range armament system can precisely engage both land and water targets.
It further stated that the ship-launched ballistic missile has a cutting-edge guidance system and maneuverability features.
According to the DGPR, “the Chief of the Naval Staff, senior officers from the Pakistan Navy, and committed scientists and engineers witnessed the flight test.”
President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), and the heads of the services praised the scientists and engineers who participated in today’s missile test for a job well done.
