Seven people are still unaccounted for after four bodies were recovered from a capsized tourist boat off the Red Sea coast of Egypt.

Red Sea Governorate stated in a statement that rescue crews were still looking for seven missing individuals after recovering four bodies from a tourist boat that overturned off the coast of Egypt’s Red Sea on Tuesday.

There are now 33 survivors after rescue crews discovered five more alive, including two Belgian tourists, one Swiss, one Finn, and one Egyptian, according to provincial governor Amr Hanafi.

While carrying 31 guests and 13 staff members on a multi-day diving excursion, the Sea Story collapsed on Monday close to Sataya Reef. It sank in five to seven minutes after being hit by large waves.

Twenty-eight patients with minor injuries were saved. In Marsa Alam, where they are lodging.
