Using data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the company Very Very Diapers examined the expenses associated with giving birth in each of the 50 states in the United States. It was discovered that the entire cost, encompassing prenatal care, delivery, and postnatal care, varied greatly, from roughly $6,000 to more over $13,000.
The expense of annual child care as well as the rent increase from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment were also taken into account in the data.
