KARACHI: Following Sunday morning’s light rainfall in most sections of the port city, more rain is expected to lash Karachi.
The early morning weather was comfortable due to light rain that fell on Mauripur Road, Lyari, Gulistan-e-Johar, Malir, Shah Faisal Colony, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Rashid Minhas Road, Sharea Faisal, and their surrounding districts.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the temperature could rise as high as 33°C. On the other hand, it recorded a 94% humidity level in the air at 19 kilometers per hour with a westward wind speed.
More light to moderate rain was expected throughout the metropolis today, according to the Met Office.
In the meantime, rainy late at night and early in the morning turned the weather pleasant in several parts of Lahore.
In addition, there was a lot of rain in and around Rawalpindi.
