At Sunday night’s Grammy Awards, singer and social media star Montana Tucker, who has been a vocal supporter of the Israeli hostages and victims of October 7, wore a garment in remembrance of those who are still detained in Gaza.
In remembrance of the 132 hostages who are still in Gaza, the actress walked the Grammys red carpet in a nude corset dress with a huge yellow ribbon that said, “Bring Them Home,” in the middle. In addition, Montana, a Jew by heritage, donned a silver Star of David necklace.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Israeli captive advocacy group Bring Them Home has been working behind the scenes to provide yellow ribbons at events. At the 2024 Golden Globes, celebrities displayed their
solidarity for hostages; nevertheless, it was typically a token gesture tied to a star’s lapel or frock, whereas Tucker’s yellow ribbon served as the focal point of her outfit.

Even before October 7, Tucker has been committed to using her platform to raise awareness of antisemitism and Holocaust education, according to the Hollywood Reporter. In March of last year, Tucker gave credit to her grandparents, Holocaust survivors, for inspiring her advocacy during an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Regarding her grandfather, who had died three years earlier, “he used to wear a pin that said, ‘Never forget, never again, I’m a survivor,'” she said. “It is now my responsibility to ensure that individuals never forget.
