Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), reaffirmed his support for the Palestinian people on Sunday.
Rehman made the following statement during an early-morning Khatm-e-Nabuwat Conference at Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore: “The Hamas mujahideen have bravely opposed Israel by offering sacrifices. Numerous individuals had discussed recognizing Israel. Israel will never be accepted.”
Rehman began by saying, “This is the same Minar-e-Pakistan, where the resolution to create Pakistan was passed way back in 1940.” The resolution to defend Pakistan is being voted today on the same premises.”
“The people of Pakistan know to protect the belief in the finality of prophethood of THE Holy Prophet (PBUH),” he remarked.
