Up to 28 people—including women and children—were killed on Wednesday in Washington after a passenger bus plunged into a ditch.
The incident resulted in twenty-two injuries. Numerous injured individuals are reported to be in critical condition. The injured and dead were taken to adjacent hospitals.
The bus that was doomed was traveling from Gwadar to Quetta. The tire exploded, which led to the accident.
The governor of Balochistan, Sarfraz Bugti, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gilani, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have all expressed their profound sorrow over the deaths in a horrific traffic accident.
They expressed their sympathy to the grieving families and prayed to Allah Almighty for peace for the departed souls.
