Megan Thee Stallion retaliated against claims of harassment made against her in a recent lawsuit brought by her former videographer.
Emilio Garcia accused the rapper in a case filed in Los Angeles court of “fostering a toxic workplace,” and the rapper’s attorney responded to Page Six with a statement.
“This is a financial claim for employment; no sexual harassment claim has been made, and the false allegations are meant to make her look bad. Megan’s attorney told the newspaper, “We will handle this in court.
Emilio claimed in his lawsuit that in 2022, while on tour in Spain, Megan made him see her having sex with another lady.
“I was uneasy. I was stunned and kind of frozen. He said to NBC News, “I was kind of just like, kind of just the whole audacity to do this right, right beside me,” and that what he had witnessed had “traumatized” him.
Emilio claimed in his filing that he has been dealing with a number of mental health problems ever since that day, including “mounting anxiety, depression and physical distress stemming.”
In addition, he claimed that the Savage rapper had fat-shamed him, calling him a “fat b***h” and asking him “to spit his food out.”
