The leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Nawaz Sharif, has bemoaned the “injustices” meted out to him during his previous term in office and demanded that the judges and everyone else who has “damaged” the nation be held accountable.
Speaking on Saturday at the party’s central working committee (CWC) meeting in Lahore, the former premier claimed that people who were planning plots against him were “being exposed.”
“We demand that everyone who has harmed Pakistan be held accountable. “All that has hurt Pakistan ought to be held accountable,” he remarked.
The three-time prime minister alluded to his removal from office in 2013 and claimed that a large-scale plot was hatched to depose an incumbent prime minister.
The leader of the PML-N started off his statement by praising each and every party leader for their unwavering commitment.
