According to news, Minor Hotels has asked AlixPartners for advice on Wolseley Hospitality Group’s cash flow problems.
Industry sources claim that the project is in its early stages and could result in a variety of results.
upscale eateries like as The Delaunay on Aldwych and Colbert in Sloane Square are included in the group.
The Thai corporation Minor has been working to grow the business since regaining ownership of it in 2022. Most recently, it opened a Wolseley-branded store in the center of the city.
The reason for the re-engagement with AlixPartners was not made explicit on Thursday, and there was no information available regarding current trade.
In response to a query from News, a representative for the Thai company stated: “Minor Hotels collaborates with a broad spectrum of advisers, such as AlixPartners, throughout our enterprises on a range of strategic issues.
Companies that want to use outside expertise for ongoing business improvement frequently choose this cooperative strategy.”
After a run-in with Jeremy King, the renowned restaurateur who created The Wolseley in an old auto showroom and quickly made it a celebrity favorite, Minor reclaimed control of the establishment.
