According to sources, on August 9, the players who were chosen for the Test squad will be contacted for the fitness tests, which are scheduled for August 10.
It is also said that players who have central contracts will be called up for these examinations, and some players may have fitness tests done before this schedule is announced.
The PCB has not yet disclosed the central contracts that are based on the outcomes of these fitness tests.
The national cricket team will reportedly face five to six tests, with the goal of evaluating their fitness in accordance with international norms.
Furthermore, a few members of the Test team will probably play in the opening four-day game against Bangladesh A, including fast bowlers Naseem Shah and Mir Hamza expected to be among those selected.
