Senior PPP politician Shazia Marri disagreed with the government’s move to down all of the nation’s utility stores on Tuesday.
Details claims that Marri expressed the following opinions: “It is abhorrent that Utility Stores all around the nation are being closed. No other organization can offer assistance with the necessities.”
She was disappointed: “Taking the move to shut down the Utility Stores amid the ballooning inflation across the country is unfair.”
The PPP stalwart acknowledged that former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the one who decided to construct Utility Stores across the nation, saying, “It was Zulfikar Ali Bhutto who established the Utility Stores Corporation (USC) in the country, fifty years back.”
“The government should remove the restrictions if it wishes to serve the people.
