Britain’s King Charles and his elder son Prince William are apparently on the same page on Prince Harry’s return to part-time royal duties.
According to sources, King Charles and the Prince of Wales believe that Harry has no business representing the monarchy in an official capacity.
According to Cheat Sheet, the Mirror, quoting insiders, claims that King Charles, who is undergoing cancer treatment, is “firmly of the opinion” that Harry cannot return to performing royal duties.
Insiders told the publication that the monarch, his elder son William, and other senior royals are “solidly agreed” that the Duke of Sussex will not be placed to work in any official position.
Prince William, the future king, has also reportedly rejected Harry’s brief return to the Royal Family.
When asked about Harry’s ambitions for a royal return, Prince William informed friends that there is “no chance” of it happening.
According to the insider, there is absolutely no chance Harry will return in any manner.
“If anyone is going to take on more duties, it will be William, and that isn’t even on the agenda for now.”
