ISLAMABAD The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced in a statement on Saturday that three different operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) from September 10–13 resulted in the martyrdom of at least 19 troops and the killing of 45 terrorists affiliated with the Indian proxy Fitna al-Khawarij.
The military’s media wing claims that the clashes happened from September 10 to September 13.
Following indications of a militant presence in Bajaur, security forces initiated an intelligence-based operation (IBO). The statement stated, “After a fierce firefight, 22 terrorists were killed after our troops successfully engaged the location.”
