Pop and Dance Highlights
Lady Gaga won Best Pop Vocal Album for Mayhem. Lola Young took Best Pop Solo Performance for “Messy,” and Cynthia Erivo & Ariana Grande earned Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Defying Gravity.”
In the electronic and dance categories, Tame Impala won Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “End of Summer,” while FKA Twigs received Best Dance/Electronic Album for Eusexua. Lady Gaga also claimed Best Dance/Pop Recording for “Abracadabra.”
Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album went to Laufey for A Matter of Time, surpassing nominees such as Jennifer Hudson (The Gift of Love) and Elton John & Brandi Carlile (Who Believes in Angels?).
Latin Music Awards
Best Latin Pop Album was awarded to Natalia Lafourcade for Cancionera, while Bad Bunny made history again by winning Best Música Urbana Album for Debí Tirar Más Fotos. Other nominees included J Balvin (Mixteip), Feid (Ferxxo Vol X: Sagrado), Nicki Nicole (Naiki), Trueno (Eub Deluxe), and Yandel (Sinfónico (En Vivo)).
