Sofia Vergara is well aware of the fact that people admire her appearance. She won’t argue that’s not how she became well-known.
Regarding how her body has been a doorway to success, she told the Spanish newspaper El País, “It would be absurd to deny it or for that to make me feel bad.”

Vergara is adamant that her business success will come from her attitude. There is always the chance for Vergara to play a surgeon on screen, even though she may not be one in real life. However, she claims that these roles are not presented to her. I achieved great success with “Modern Family.” I became internationally famous after the first episode, but I don’t look Latina, and I don’t have the same opportunities as actors from the United States. I’ve accomplished far more than I ever could have imagined, so I’m not whining—that would be ungrateful—but it’s more difficult.
