Lenny Kravitz recently revealed how much he still loves Lisa Bonet, his ex-wife.
In one of his most recent interviews, Kravitz offered his opinions on everything to People magazine.
He shared details of his ongoing affection for his ex during that conversation.
He started off by declaring, “I am what I am because of our experience.”
Kravitz continued, “Because of everything that came together, everything that I was, and everything that she was.”
For those who don’t know, the two met in 1985, and things clicked nearly right away.
“I had moved in with Lisa at the time, brought my instruments and belongings, but for some reason I forgot my comb.” My hair was matting after a few months, something I never intended to fear.
Under the shadow of his lady love, Kravitz went by “Mr. Bonet” for a spell after their romance started.
“I didn’t think, ‘This is s***,'” I was simply existing and acting,” he claims. “I was blind to the fact that I was married to the most stunning lady on the earth, amazing on the inside as well. I was concentrating on the music.”
