General Syed Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), reaffirmed on Monday that Pakistan will retaliate against any aggression or infringement of its territorial sovereignty with all of its military power and patriotic resolve.

The army chief made the comments on Monday while addressing the soldiers stationed on the front lines along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Sarian Sector, according to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The journey takes place on February 5, Kashmir Solidarity Day, observed by Pakistan, to show unwavering support for the fight of the brothers and sisters of Kashmir in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

The army chief declared, “The Pakistan Army is well-versed in the full threat spectrum and is perpetually ready to respond effectively.”

The COAS also brought up the issue of Indian state-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan, which has now spread to our country and involves the barbaric targeting of specific Pakistani nationals.

Gen. Munir went on to say that such blatant disrespect for international law and conventions was starting to happen on a regular basis and that many nations were now openly criticizing India for her phony credentials.

The COAS also recognized the forces’ excellent response to Indian ceasefire violations, strong morale, and operational readiness.

Pakistan “would continue to ensure the security of its citizens and expose all such attempts,” according to ISPR.

Anwarul Haq, the prime minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the temporary prime minister, and the head of the army visited Muzaffarabad earlier today.
