There have apparently been arguments between Democratic mayors and governors on the return and forth movement of migrants from their communities.
In an article published on Thursday, the Chicago Sun Times quoted a number of people on the continuous immigration crisis that is wreaking havoc in big cities like Chicago, Denver, and New York City.
Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott has come under fire from Democratic leaders on multiple occasions for busing migrants into sanctuary states and localities. Still, the report indicated Democrats are angry with each other, especially the governors of Illinois and Colorado.
“In the meanwhile, migrants were being moved to Denver, which was then sending them to Chicago, according to Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, who referred to this as “unhelpful.” Democratic governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, reportedly informed him, “We’re not advising people to travel to Chicago.” They just got off the bus and expressed their desire to see Chicago. “Come on,” I said. It’s not true as stated. You know, you folks are purchasing Chicago tickets. “We can do the same thing back, and we won’t,” I told him. The report stated, “This is not how we should be conducting business.
