In a video for his Pump Club, Arnold Schwarzenegger recently flaunted his exercise regimen with his fiancée, physical therapist Heather Milligan, as they talked about preventing joint issues.
The 76-year-old action hero stated, “Heather Milligan is not only my girlfriend, she’s also a great, if not the best, physical therapist in the world,” while Milligan, 49, was standing next to him in a video that was posted to his Pump Club YouTube account last Friday.
Well, that’s how we got together. We’re talking about physical therapy here, not our relationship, even if she repaired my shoulder. And since she began practicing medicine, thousands of patients—including football players, basketball players, boxers, UFC fighters, track and field competitors, small children, elderly children, and anybody else—have received her care.
